Reporting will be at the Regional Office in Sarajevo. However, experts will not have to be physically located in Sarajevo in order to be eligible to apply.

Duration and timing of the assignment(s)

The assignments will be conducted throughout the second phase of TACSO from February 2011 - August 2013. Specific contracts, timing and allotted days will be dependent on the publication(s).

Profile of the STE:

·         Fluent in written and spoken English

·         Prior experience in working with EU Projects 

·         Knowledge of Communication and Visibility Manual for European Union External Actions

·         Good understanding of the TACSO project as well as the CSO environment in the region

·         Strong computer literacy
