Description of work: PROJECT COORDINATOR (f/m)

Main responsibilities:

1. Coordination of project activities of the organization

Implementation of EC and other projects

Communication with members of the organization

Organization of the eventsWebsite of the organization

Press-clipping

2. Fundraising

Preparing project proposals

Preparing the reports and report documentation to donors

3. Administrative work and archiving

Competences required:

Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Previous experience of project management of civil society organizations

Previous experience in implementing EC projects

Willingness to travelUniversity degree

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Flexibility

Knowledge of Russian language is the advantage

Working conditions:

Office work, with the possibility of travel20 - 25 working hours days per week

12 months contract

Collaborating on international projects

Friendly and flexible working environment

Participating in the educational activities of NEPC

Expected beginning of work: February 1st 2012
